Minh-di Tang, Ambassador of France to Singapore, and the French Patent and Trademark Attorneys Institute (CNCPI) have extended an invitation to APAA conference participants to a cocktail reception at the French Embassy of Singapore on 2nd of November at 4.00 PM to 6 :00 PM. This cocktail is a special occasion to introduce the new Unified Patent Court. Participation is subject to availability. 15:30 - 17:30 Friday, 3 November 2023 Presentation and Site Visit at Maxwell Chambers* Jointly hosted by Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and Maxwell Chambers on Friday, 3 November 2023, from 15:30 to 17:30. There will be a presentation and site visit at Maxwell Chambers, introducing the international dispute resolution options and facilities available in Singapore for international and cross-border disputes. The Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) will also be participating.
