New to the APAA Conference? Head over to the Welcome for First Time Participants, an informal gathering for first-time attendees, where you will be greeted with a friendly welcome to the APAA family, and where you are sure to make a friend or two!

The Opening Ceremony marks the official beginning of the APAA Conference. A warm welcome will be extended to all, along with exciting performances to showcase the multicultural vibrancy of our island city-state, Singapore.

The Opening Ceremony is immediately followed by the Welcome Reception.

Find out for yourself why Singapore is reputed as a “food lovers’ paradise”. We will tempt your tastebuds with local and exotic delicacies. Feast your eyes on a smorgasbord of foods and drinks from the different local cultures and international cuisines. It will be a fullfilling experience!

Cultural Evening will be set in one of the most iconic attractions in Singapore – the Gardens by the Bay. Gardens By the Bay is a national garden and premier horticultural attraction that is set in the heart of Singapore’s downtown. Spanning over 101 hectares in total, this popular attraction has won multiple accolades since it first opened in 2012, including the ‘Landscape Award’ from World Architecture News in 2013, the ‘Best Attraction in Asia Pacific’ from Travel Weekly in 2015, and the ‘Best Attraction Experience’ at the 2019 Singapore Tourism Awards.

After enjoying a buffet spread of local and international delights within the Gardens, you will then be treated to an exclusive entry to the Flower Dome – a fully airconditioned conservatory that holds the Guinness World Record for the largest glass greenhouse. Enjoy a leisurely stroll in the lush 1.2-hectare grounds, while marveling at the more than 32,000 plants comprising some 160 species, cultivars, and varieties.

The Conference draws to a close in style, with the Gala Dinner. The glitzy evening will be an event to remember. Enjoy the evening in the company of good friends and fine food and wine. At the same time, be entertained by spectacular and breath-taking performances.

Unwind at the end of the day and mingle with friends at the Hospitality Suite. Our very own APAA Band, a crowd-pleaser, will be performing.
