How to Register

Information

• All persons wishing to participate in any part of the Conference must register. To ensure that you fullfill all requirements, please read through the following information carefully before submitting the Registration Form.
• Late or on-site registration may be possible if there are still places available, but you are advised to check in advance with the APAA 2023 Council Meeting Secretariat.
• There is no guarantee that applications for registration received after 3 October 2023 will be entertained.
• Early Bird registration will close on [date].

How Do You Register

Online registration opens on [30 March 2023] for Members and on [30 April 2023] for Observers.

Please have the following (where applicable) ready before you begin to register online for yourself and your accompanying office personnel or family members:

• Your APAA Member ID/Observer ID
• Credit Card details
• Accompanying Office Personnel’s (AOP) personal details
• Accompanying Family Person’s (AFP) personal details

Who May Attend the Conference

• APAA Members
• Non APAA Members who fall within one of the following categories:
  1. Accompanying Office Personnel (AOP) – Each APAA Member is entitled to bring up to two AOPs who are non-qualified persons, as defined by the statutes and regulations of APAA.
  2. Observer – A person who is not an APAA Member may qualify to attend as an Observer, as defined by the statutes and regulations of APAA.
     • First time Observers need to be sponsored by an APAA Member who must complete and return the Observer Sponsorship Letter. [to hyperlink to letter]
  3. Accompanying Family Person (AFP) – A family member of APAA Member or Observer registered to attend.
