What to Expect for Day 3?
🧘 Wellness Session | Simpor 4811 Start your day with a refreshing wellness session. Recharge your mind and yoga-breathing techniques and light stretching. The session is open to all delegates (male and female). It focuses on basic techniques that can be attempted by anyone, at any time. No yoga mat is required, it can be done anywhere sitting on the floor or a chair. Participants are advised to dress comfortably (loose clothing).
💡 Workshops 1-2 | Simpor 4811 Dive into our engaging workshops, where you’ll gain practical insights in your respective areas of interest.
💬 Roundtables 5-7 | Peony 4505
If you have signed up for a Roundtable, kindly be punctual and attend the full session as you have a seat at the table. Participants are welcome to join and observe the roundtable sessions as standing participants, even without assigned seats. Feel free to walk around the different sessions!
♀️Women in APAA | Peony 4411 Join us for a uniquely Singapore orchid-themed afternoon tea with sundry local delights, and marvel at the beauty of orchid blooms. It’s a moment of inspiration and unity. We are delighted to have some members of the Orchid Society of South East Asia join us to share their knowledge about orchids, and there will be time for ladies to mix and mingle together. If you were not able to pre-register for the Women in APAA event and still wish to attend, please do come along*. We will also be opening the doors early for you to walk in and admire the orchids. *Subject to room capacity
🎭 Cultural Evening | Gardens by the Bay Get ready for a cultural extravaganza. Cultural Evening will be set in one of the most iconic attractions in Singapore – the Gardens by the Bay. The evening programme promises to showcase the diverse culture of Singapore in the form of performances and a food extravaganza. You will have a chance to visit the Flower Dome and walk amidst the Gardens, where you can catch the SuperTree Light Show Registration point | Flower Field Hall, Flower Dome. Pick up for Cultural Evening l 18:15 – 20:00, Hall C, Level 1, Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
🌏 AFP Tours 1 & 2 on 5 November 2023 Explore the host city’s beauty and innovation through our specially curated AFP Tours 1 & 2. It’s a chance to witness the city’s charm firsthand.

AFP-02 l InstaWalk Civic Colours with Bumboat Ride Gathering time / location: 11:30 at Roselle 4610, Level 4, Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
