All cancellations of Conference Registration must be submitted to the APAA 2023 Secretariat in writing. Please note the following fees are applicable:

  • An Administrative Fee of SGD300 will apply for any substitution/cancellation/refund.
  • Substitution of Participants is allowed by 3 October 2023.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Any cancellation of Conference Registration received on or before 31 July 2023 will receive a full refund of the Registration Fee, less the administrative fee stated above.
  • Any cancellation of Conference Registration received on or after 1 August 2023 but before 3 October 2023 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Registration Fee.
  • There will be a cancellation fee of SGD175 for Participants who cancel the Golf Excursion before 3 October 2023.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations of Conference Registration and /or the Golf Excursion received on or after 3 October 2023.
  • No request for refunds will be entertained in the event a Participant is unable to attend the Conference for any reason whatsoever on or after 3 October 2023.
